Once your order is placed, our team will work diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at nanalumi.cph@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. Furthermore, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the necessary processing will be carried out, and the refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
To ensure the safe return of your product/s, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or considering purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at nanalumi.cph@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. This applies within 14 days after delivery of your shipment. After this 14-day period, we will no longer offer refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions to this requirement are made for damaged or defective items. If your item is in this condition, please contact us for further instructions.
We are unable to process returns for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our website, www.nanalumi.com.
Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes associated with the return. These charges are not eligible for a refund.
We strive to process your refund within 3 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed, as transfers between payment systems may take longer.
