Ear seeds are a natural and effective product rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Ear seeding is a branch of auricular therapy, which involves stimulating specific points on the ear to support physical and mental well-being. In TCM the ear is seen as a microsystem of the whole body and by using these needle-free ear seeds, we can stimulate certain points that correspond to different body parts and organs based on your specific needs.

Each treatment will use between 4-6 ear seeds, which means that this kit will last for about 4 treatments. If used consecutively, this will be one month supply.

BENEFITS

The seeds apply gentle and continual pressure to areas of the ear, which creates nerve impulses that are sent to the brain, carrying the message of which specific corresponding body areas are in need of support. HOW TO USE

Clean skin thoroughly and dry well before applying the seeds for best adhesion. (Use facial cleanser or alcohol swap to remove natural oil/dirt).

Choose one protocol from your ear seed kit and choose one ear only.

Using tweezers to lift the edge of the sticker, choose a point and press down until firmly adhered to skin.

Press gently on the seeds a few times a day to stimulate (note: you may experience some soreness).

Keep on for a maximum of 5 days. Can not be reused.
If treating same ear please wait for 3 days in between each treatment or use the other ear.
